It is mandatory for Altea Resources’ Teams to perfectly qualify your needs, in order to provide the consultant(s) whose competencies and knowledge answer best to your strict requirements.

 

Once the experts are selected, Altea resources’ mobilization teams are engaged to mobilize them in the briefest delays.

 

For these tasks, we have created what is today an internal process followed by Altea Resources’ Teams.

  1. need definition & job specifications: initiate the process by identifying the deadlines, defining the budget and the resource profile, and assess the minimum certification.

  2. recruitment: design and rollout the interviews based on required skills and recruitment criteria.

  3. selection: propose the best profile(s) and initiate contractual terms.

  4. contract: writing of all contractual clauses, as mission definition, validated rates, insurance coverage and liabilities.

  5. payment: follow-up of the payment between the Client, Altea Resources and the Consultant.

  6. follow-up: regular assessment of consultant's skills and competencies.
